Best Suburbs to Buy in for First Home Buyers!

 

First Home Buyers should have an easier road to purchasing their first home in 2022 than in previous years.

Polls taken fromrealestate.com asked first-home buyers about the most affordable suburbs they were thinking of buying for their first home. Realestate.com.au director of economic research Cameron Kusher said most of the suburbs on the list had house or unit prices below the $650,000 threshold for stamp duty exemptions.
